Your impact

You will be the second-only test profile to ever join Coach Solutions, so we look forward to learning a bunch from you and letting you explore the possibilities for improvement with us.

Some of your main projects:

• Create test plans that outline the testing approach, objectives, resources, and schedule.
• Analyze the test need and use test design techniques to help us increase test coverage of development tasks and new features.
• Help write clear and testable requirements by facilitating refinement sessions with the business.
• Create test cases and test scenarios based on requirements, specifications, and use cases.
• Execute test cases both manually and through automated testing tools to verify the functionality and performance of our products.
• Most importantly you will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize testing efforts, and ensure the timely delivery of quality software.

You will become a part of our Development Department which consists of a Frontend team, Backend team, Test team, and Design/UX team. You will report directly to our Test Manager, Thomas Sidenius Prien-Larsen.

The focus of the Test team is to implement mature testing practices throughout the organization. You will help shape the test strategy and have the opportunity to take the lead on one or several key areas of interest, such as test planning, improving the acceptance testing process, building our test automation strategy and test suite, performance testing, test reporting, etc.

Who are you?

Although testing experience is necessary, we don’t have many requirements regarding your background and level of experience. Most important is that you see yourself as strong in stakeholder management, and proactive in engaging developers and business analysts. One of your most important responsibilities will be to help put testing on the agenda and help break barriers between the business and development in doing so.

The only other requirement is that you are not afraid to dive into the technical aspects of testing.
