Senior Application Support Administrator

As a Senior Application Support Administrator on our Enterprise Tools team, you’ll serve the critical function of administering ServiceNow, building and supporting new offerings (including the backend automation flows for our service portal) and supporting all existing catalog offerings and flows (including Server and Virtual Desktop provisioning). Supporting IT Service Management at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, this is a fully remote role with opportunities to meet in person during quarterly planning sessions.

You’ll be a great match to this role if you bring:

• Experience with REST API and systems integration
• Strong scripting and automation skills (preferably with PowerShell)
• Experience with ServiceNow Platform (including administration, architecture and integrations)
• Strong understanding of (and experience applying) ServiceNow Flow/Flow Designer to create complex service offerings
• Knowledge of ITSM fundamentals and ITIL standards Leads support activities for all applications and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of applications and their related environments.
