Job Responsibilities :

Esports / Performance marketing support for RUSA.

- Build and maintain seeding list with a wide range of esports content creators and players
- Oversee and track all esports marketing partnership assets and deliverables
- Analyze and track market trends
- Manage communication, workflow, and priorities with all necessary business units to achieve marketing goals
- Advisor for internal esports marketing questions and inquiries
- Maintain an active esports marketing asset portfolio
- Identify and activate marketing opportunities regionally
- Attend necessary events as the RUSA marketing lead for the esports team
