Salesforce Business Analyst - Commercial Systems

As a Business Analyst for Commercial Systems, supporting the Water, Livestock, Poultry & Dairy, and OPTI Medical (WLO) businesses, you will work closely with our global business leaders, as well as our technical teams, to scope out requirements and provide user support for Salesforce.com. Collaborate with IT and the WLO Commercial Systems Organization to implement enhancements and expand existing solutions to other locations around the world.

The WLO Commercial Operations department provides strategic guidance, product management and system administrator support for the suite of software applications that make up our Commercial Systems ecosystem. Supported applications include custom internally developed solutions as well as third party purchased software packages.

In This Role

  • You will be part of a global team implementing impactful Salesforce.com solutions and the point person supporting our EMEA user base.
  • You’ll partner with a global team of stakeholders and IT to define user requirements in support of prioritized projects and will identify opportunities to improve user experience and business processes.
  • You will be critical in ensuring commercial teams and leadership get the most out of the Salesforce platform.
  • You will provide tier 1 support, maintain documentation, and provide training to users.
  • Your day-to-day will include leading the business analysis of in-flight initiatives, supporting cross functional projects, and providing system support to Salesforce users.

What You Will Need to Succeed?

  • You have worked cross-functionally with technical and non-technical resources.
  • You’re a self-starter with experience matching user requirements to software solutions. Experience working with Global teams is a plus.
  • You are very comfortable analyzing data and identifying opportunities to drive meaningful standardization of data and processes regionally and/or globally.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to identify and resolve issues.
  • You should be highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize several projects simultaneously, while simultaneously working both collaboratively as well as independently.
  • You are agile and can work well in environments where objectives and priorities are reviewed and assessed regularly.
  • Salesforce Admin Certifications and completed Salesforce Trailheads are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including ability to translate technical subject matter to non-technical audiences.
