Notice Manager is the industry leader in leveraged loan and high-yield solutions and provides comprehensive products and services for portfolio management, administration, reporting, and analysis. Notice Manager enables loan managers to more effectively and securely handle inbound agent notices related to their bank loan holdings.

Responsibilities and Impact:

The Notice Manager Support team acts as a liaison between the clients, the product team, and other operations teams in relation to offering data to the leveraged loan market. The team is responsible for handling and analyzing all client queries related to Global Loan Data, whether the client is receiving this data through the Integration Utility software, the Loan Platforms website, API’s, or files delivered via SFTP. The role also includes finding opportunities for optimization of existing practices to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of data for clients.
