Position Overview :

Autodesk Consulting team seeks an Implementation Consultant to promote mainly the implementation and adoption of Autodesk AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) technologies to our customers.

As an implementation consultant, you will comprehend customers' business goals, current challenges, and issues, and implement problem-solving and process enhancements using Autodesk products. The post-sale consulting services include process/workflow assessment, process improvement proposal using Autodesk products, implementation planning, training, and implementation support.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation consulting engagements with customers.

• Support Sales and Business Development to ensure customers understand the value of consulting services.

• Introduce appropriate Autodesk products aligned with customer requests, industry standards, and workflows.

• Propose optimal application methods of Autodesk products to customers, defining and documenting detailed use cases.

• Build product environments based on product features and customer requirements.

• Define approaches for migrating customer data and standards to Autodesk products.

• Collaborate with customers and internal departments to resolve technical issues.

• Promote product adoption and utilization through detailed presentations, tests, training, and more.

• Provide feedback to consulting teams and related departments on customer feedback and project progress for Autodesk product and process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry.

• 5+ years of user experience with Autodesk products such as AutoCAD, Revit, ACC, etc.

• Deep understanding of and strong interest in the software industry's business.

• Skill to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a collaborative and responsible approach to contribute to customer goal achievement.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ideal to have experience in software industry consulting projects.
