Junior AM Analyst

As a Junior AM Analyst (L2), you'll oversee the lifecycle of software applications, ensuring seamless deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization to meet business requirements effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Triage requests, incidents, and queries within Service Management tools as per SLAs.
• Assist in evaluating business processes, identifying improvement areas, and implementing solutions.
• Support requirements analysis and document findings accurately.
• Collaborate with clients, technicians, and management to ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Participate in user acceptance testing to validate system functionality.

Requirements

• Some experience in customer-facing roles or support environments.
• Basic proficiency in SQL or MS Excel for data processing and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
