Financial Data Analyst

Poka, an IFS company, is looking to hire a Deal Desk Analyst to play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of the data in our CRM and the efficiency of the Deal Desk process. As a member of the local team in Sri Lanka, you will report directly to the Finance Manager.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• CRM Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate data within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and facilitating sales process and reporting.
• Contract Review: Review contracts and proposals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and company standards.
• Approval Process: Facilitate the internal deal approval process, ensuring timely reviews and approvals.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, legal, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth deal execution and resolve any issues that arise.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the deal desk and the sales process, enhancing efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex deal data and make informed recommendations.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with the team.
