- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 to 5 Global Labeling Operations Managers and Specialists.
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership for labeling programs for specific products, brands, geographic regions, or packaging sites.
- Own Labeling Operations activities specific to shared label management strategy, packaging, and artwork strategy, launch project management, planning and coordination of artwork projects, forecasting as well as periodic reviews with manufacturing and regulatory partners.
- Deliver a continuous improvement culture and drive initiatives; lead and participate in improvement initiatives and projects.
- Reports and analyzes key department metrics and creates plans to improve performance.
- Drive labeling intelligence with cross functional partners.
- Responsible for effective coordination and collaboration with global cross functional teams to ensure artwork is made available for submissions and production.
- Set clear team goals in alignment with the organizational goals and objectives.
- Responsible for effective planning of resources and management of day-to-day labeling activities.
- Required to work full time 40h/week.
