Sr. IT Project Manager

Sr. Information Technology (IT) Project Manager will manage all types of IT initiatives (i.e. product development, finance, security, infrastructure, transformation, IT risk, M&A, back-office, enterprise tooling, etc.) for Xplor. This job will coordinate people and processes to ensure projects & initiatives are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project or initiative’s organization and timeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer related field or equivalent job experience
• Have a background in business skills, 5+ years project management, budgeting and analysis.
• Must be comfortable speaking with engineers, contractors, and the management team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
• Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed environment
• Excellent time management, facilitation, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
