Key Responsibilities
As a UX designer at Leads.io, you will collaborate closely with the CRO team to optimize our websites and landing pages, aiming to enhance conversions and improve user experience. You will also work with various departments to design new website components, ensuring they are UX-optimized and aligned with front-end development from the start.
Every week, you will participate in the design team meeting on Monday to kick off the week, plan tasks, and review progress. On Thursdays, you'll attend a catch-up meeting to ensure that everyone's workload is manageable and that all tasks are being delivered on time. Throughout the week, you will engage actively with the CRO and Front-end teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project execution.
