They are experts in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation, Content Management Systems (CMS), Information Technology Management Systems (ITMS), E-Commerce, Intranet and InsurTech.

Senior Ruby developer, Helps mentor and solve highly complex technical problems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice in Ruby technical areas.
• Respectfully challenge ambiguity or use of Ruby in ways it wasn't intended to be used, whilst being adaptive and open to new ideas.
• Configure and develop new functionalities on top of Ruby, using standard techniques for extending the platform.
• Provide active guidance on best practices and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• +5 years of Ruby Development experience.
• Development experience in Rails
• Experience with developing data models and data flows.
• Functional knowledge of React/Javscript is nice to have.
• Experience Leading Teams.
• Advanced English skills (B2 & Above)
