Who You Are:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Software Engineering Technical Lead to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in designing and building scalable, well-abstracted, and robust APIs, libraries, and services to integrate blockchains and staking functionality into our custody platforms. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with deep expertise in Java, SQL, databases, Kubernetes (k8s), Docker, and has a strong understanding of cryptocurrency technologies.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, well-abstracted, and robust APIs, libraries, and services.
• Integrate blockchain and staking functionality into our custody platforms.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of skilled software engineers.
• Ensure high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
