Service & Experience Insights Coordinator

ROLE SUMMARY

This role is responsible for application and insights for services & colleague experience and provides global business process leadership and operational support to the Global Workplace Experience (GWE) Portfolio & Operations (P&O) teams globally. The key accountabilities of this position include fiscal/financial analysis support, reporting and reconciliation associated with operational expenditures, providing business and/or process system support to senior leadership, management and colleagues across various departments and business units. Additionally, this role provides interface and support to external service providers and vendors delivering daily and project related services.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs/supports analysis and reporting of forecasting and reconciliation requirements for budgeted operating expenditures with applicable GWE P&O teams ensuring fiscal compliance. Develop and maintain reporting and analytics tools to provide insights into real estate performance, occupancy costs, and space utilization.
