Federal Reserve Bank of St. LouisWe are looking for a Suitability Specialist to support background screening of new hires and rescreening of current talent as a member of the P&C Operations team. You will review personal history, investigating information provided in the screening process, and recommending whether individuals are a credible fit for the role in which they intend to work. You will report to the Manager of HR Operations.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in the Saint Louis office each week. #LI-Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Work with the Talent Support team to complete suitability reviews for newly hired and rescreened talent.
- Determine the employment suitability of new hires and current talent to ensure that individuals are a credible fit for the role in which they intend to work.
- Review and investigate background checks, personal history, resumes, etc. for potentially adverse information.
- Monitor completion of background check documentation for review.
- Investigate relevant background information and follow-up with individuals where insufficient information was provided.
