Ethics & Compliance Manager

Within Deliveroo’s Legal team, Ethics & Compliance division promotes a culture of using good judgement and acting with integrity. This involves developing a clear understanding of Deliveroo's rules and standards to provide the necessary tools, guidance and oversight needed to adhere to them. Operating as an independent function, the Ethics & Compliance team empowers employees to confidentially raise concerns, thereby reinforcing a speak-up culture. Additionally, the team conducts investigations of potential misconduct and provides support for the protection of whistleblowers.

We are looking for an Ethics & Compliance Manager, who will support the ongoing implementation of all aspects of Deliveroo’s global ethics and compliance program, drive key workstreams, support the business on new initiatives and investigate & remediate issues of concern.

We’re looking for someone who likes to solve difficult problems, is willing to explore creative ways to engage stakeholders, and wants to build a strong, innovative compliance program - all whilst acting with a strong sense of purpose.

This role is a hybrid position; you will need to be on-site in a Deliveroo office 3 days a week.
