By providing housing and supporting our teachers with the operational, talent, enrollment, and licensing pieces and access to a community of like-minded educators, this hybrid model promotes nurturing children, supporting families, and valuing educators.

Salary range is $40,000-48,000 per year

About the Role

We are looking for passionate, collaborative early childhood educators to join our founding team in the Marlborough, MA area as Lead Teachers. In this Lead Teacher role, you will lead your own classroom of mixed age infants, partnering with the support team to provide consistent, joyful care for up to 6 children and their families. You will also manage your assistant teacher(s) and foster a collaborative and respectful environment.
