We are currently seeking a Residential leasing agent to join our team in downtown Ottawa. Reporting to the Property Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that we minimize portfolio vacancies and provide a high level of service to current and prospective tenants. The leasing agent will ensure properties are maintained effectively; they will market properties and screen prospective tenants on a daily basis. The Residential Leasing Agent will preserve favourable relations with property owners, staff and tenants, contribute to a positive atmosphere in the office and portray a positive image of the company in their activities.
