Job Summary

Morae is looking for a Package Development Manager. This highly collaborative role will lead the packaging development process from concept to production. The Packaging Development Manager is responsible for developing best-in-class packaging solutions that meet or exceed cost, quality, functional, and aesthetic requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the complete packaging development and commercialization process
• Work closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to optimize packaging for cost, timing, quality, regionalization, standardization, supply assurance, and compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements.
