Direct and control activities of design and usability team. Develop FIS product standards and principles as well as define consistent human interface requirements, standards and guidelines for a common graphical user interface environment across all products in support of FIS strategic goals and objectives.

General Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for area of responsibility, including planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development and mentoring.

• Establishes objectives, plans and budgets implemented within the organization typically relying on corporate senior management for setting strategic direction, guidance and company-wide policies.

• Monitors staff performance, works with employees to implement goals and documents progress and works with Human Resources on employee related issues.
