THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Wellbeing Engagement Specialist to our Wellbeing Engagement team in Madri!

We’re looking for a talented Engagement Planning Specialist to work in Madrid in our Europe Wellbeing Engagement team. Reporting to the Europe Wellbeing Engagement Senior Manager, you will be a champion of the wellbeing agenda, sharing the Wellhub mission with our end users and advocating on behalf of Wellhub to clients, users, suppliers, and third parties. This is a position inside our Enterprise team and responsible for executing our campaigns, events and communication plans

YOUR IMPACT

• Work alongside our Wellbeing Engagement team to create, plan and execute our wellbeing campaigns for our clients in Spain
• Write, review & translate the supporting copy for campaigns
• Create & coordinate the campaign assets and share them with internal stakeholders
• Liaise and work closely with our design agency to brief creative projects, quality check assets and content, and provide ongoing feedback
• Plan, prepare & host the online Wellhub information webinars and Wellbeing Webinars
• Track attendance and registration analytics
• Liaise with and manage partners & future speakers
• Support the Spanish Client Planners in the development of communication plans and projects for our key clients
• Work closely with our design agency to brief projects, quality check assets and content and provide ongoing feedback
• Implement the client communication plans together with the planners
• Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills, including clear & concise copywriting
• At least one year of experience with egaging presentation & event hosting skills
• Strong teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments
• Software experience (we use Zoom, Asana, Google Workspace, Adobe - experience in all of these tools in not required as training will be provided)
• Experience and/or interest in the Wellness & Fitness industry in Spain
• Strong detail-orientation to ensure high-quality work
• Strong organization skills and ability to successfully work on simultaneous tasks and projects
• Strong time management skills to ensure task completion on time
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to a dynamically changing environment
• Strong interpersonal & influencing skills, working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• A positive can-do attitude
• Advanced English level - must
• Advanced Italian level - desirable
