As an Account Executive Commercial Product Specialist, Financials at Procore, you'll be responsible for expanding our current mid-size customers' subscriptions to include our Financial Management product line. This role will involve improving our Financial Management attach rate and driving expansion through cross-selling to existing strategic mid-size accounts. A part of this role is collaborating with sales management to provide visibility into cross-sell performance and enable our sales teams. This role will also serve as a subject matter expert for our Financial Management products (Project Financials, Accounting Integrations, Invoice Management, and Pay).

This position is based at our headquarters in Carpinteria, CA, or Austin, TX, office, preferably, but open to remote. We're looking for candidates to join us immediately.

What you'll do:

  • Identify Financial Management cross-sell opportunities within our existing customer base to prospect for and drive the sales pipeline.
  • Partner with primary Account Manager and CSM on account strategy and product enablement to effectively position and sell our Financial Management product suite.
  • Provide periodic updates to our customers on product capabilities, benefits/use cases, and how that translates into customer value.
  • Function as the Financial Management Subject Matter Expert for the Install Base teams you align with.
  • Drive Financial Management customer attaches to achieve product-specific ARR targets.
  • Provide visibility into Financial Management performance, forecasts, and attach rates to help sales leadership build a plan for their ARR targets.
  • Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers.

What we're looking for:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B
  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired
  • Proven record of success in an inside sales and or outside sales-based selling model
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools
  • Experience selling technical products in the past
  • Experience selling financial or fintech products preferred
  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com
  • Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting
