This role is specifically within FTC, a SOCOTEC company. We are currently looking for an Experienced Business Development Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, Review, Prepare information for proposals
  • Set up job, client file, organize all project information
  • Follow up, distribute & update job details to all departments
  • Update & maintain job budgets, addendums
  • Maintain sales log, company documents needed for the bid process

Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Strong typing skills both accurate and fast
  • Proficient at EXCEL, Word, and analytical thinking
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter
  • Organized with strong attention to details
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Ability to upload and download documents for review and bidding purposes
