Join us as a Sales Team Lead and take charge of a motivated team, working closely with the VP of Sales & Customer Services to ensure success. The suitable candidate will lead the sales team to grow sales by increasing fleet and product penetration in the assigned area. Driving the team to seek new business opportunities and actively hunt for new customers. Ensure seamless cooperation, collaboration, and communication between other internal stakeholders. Also aim to align customer needs within teams in ensuring effective implementation and execution of plans.
