Oncology Learning and Development Manager

At GSK, we focus on delivering innovative medicines to prevent and treat disease. While much progress has been made in the past few years, more can be done to REDEFINE EXPECTATIONS across infectious diseases, HIV, oncology, and immunology.

We want to be ambitious for patients and to do that we need great people. We need a Learning and Development (training) Manager to help drive the training capabilities within our sales organization in the Multiple Myeloma/Hematology space. The ideal candidate for the role will have experience navigating learning management systems, complex matrixed team, organizational skills, copy approval experience and providing an aligned and objective plan for advancing learning technology within the Oncology space.

In this role, you will be driving the planning and execution of product training for new hires into the organization, all learning journeys for new and established employees and ensure assets are built and approved. As the Learning and Development Manager you will lead evaluations of the training gaps within the organization to ensure a continuous improvement environment and enhanced learning experiences are built.
