As a Manager of a Customer Enablement Group within DEG Product Engineering at Micron Technology Inc. you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians tasked with ensuring the quality of our DRAM within the system environment. Encompassing both client and server validation for both enabler platforms and/or external customer specific boards. Seeking out different failure mechanisms, predictability of those mechanisms and their effect on the overall system environment. Your teams day-to-day functions will include system-level DRAM validation, system characterization and failure analysis as it pertains to system environment and analysis of different DRAM architectures to improve correctability. They will also include running and configuring diagnostic software, analyzing and interpreting data and test suites, crafting custom tools, automation of testing and efficacy of data collected across the various labs and infrastructure.

Successful candidates will have, but not limited to:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• Proven team leader – respect, integrity, positive demeanor
• Great communication and presentation skills – ability to present to both internal leadership and customer forums
• Efficient problem solving skills
• Experience in either field of semiconductor, memory product engineering, and/or system compatibility
• The ability to work in a diverse and collaborative team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to convey sophisticated technical concepts to peers and customers
• Drive and help automate performance, benchmarking, and analysis tools within the internal teams
• Highly effective, strong collaboration and teamwork skills – ideal standout colleague
• Excellent analytical, analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with multifaceted demands
