Senior Staff Strategic Planning Specialist

• Strategic Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.
• Decision Support: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the Chief of Staff and other senior leaders.
• Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective communication of strategic priorities across the Power Business Unit.
• Operational Support: Aid in the development and implementation of processes and initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.
• Documentation and Presentations: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements
