What you’ll achieve

The General Ledger Specialist operates in a Shared Service Center based in Milan, providing administrative services for some Group legal entities in EMEA.

Within the Shared Service Center, the General Ledger Specialist is primarily responsible for the General ledger accountants journal entries (JE), Customer invoice issuing, reconcile financial statements , accounts an revenues and ensure data accuracy.

Prepares analysis of accounts as requested. Enters JE into accounting software and verifies accurate accounts and amounts are entered.

Ensure respect of service levels, performance metrics and policies / procedures (including internal controls).
