The Packaging Designer will focus on creating new and innovative packaging, utilizing research, and understanding consumer trends and the ever-changing retail landscape.

• You have an understanding of the packaging development process
  • Understand the value of ideation sketches, rough concepts, proof of concept and production
  • Have a basic understanding of the toy industry, especially the dolls category
• You are a strategic design thinker:
  • Able to understand strategy and execute on the design vision
  • Bring a fresh POV with innovative design thinking
  • Able to create visual design language and communication
• You are a good communicator:
  • Able to clearly present ideas
