Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an energetic and results oriented Senior Quality Manager (Level - L) to join the 737 Wings and P8 Quality Team in Renton, Washington.

The ideal candidate will be a reliable and competent professional who possesses the ability to work well across diverse groups and effectively collaborate across organizational boundaries. The candidate will be a problem solver who relies heavily on data and analysis to drive decisions and a leader who can effectively implement solutions in an ever evolving environment. Transformational leadership skills will be necessary to build team engagement and lead quality team members in implementing key initiatives including One Boeing Production System, Defect Reduction and Lean Manufacturing.
