Grants Manager

About The Role

The Grants Manager will be key in overseeing grant submissions and administration at Aptos Foundation. This role will involve coordinating with various departments, helping to streamline the end-to-end grant process, and supporting applicants and grant recipients.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and successful execution of grant-making strategies, ensuring alignment with the Foundation's mission and goals.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure proper grant allocation, monitoring, and reporting, including maintaining our grants management system and dashboards.
• Help oversee daily administration and operations within the grants division, ensuring smooth coordination of activities and efficient use of resources.
• Contribute to developing strategic plans for various philanthropic focus areas, integrating insights from multiple sources to create informed and forward-thinking strategies.
• Help to improve cross-organization communication and efficiency for grant deployment, including leading grant reviews and internal updates.
