Office Manager

We are looking for you as Office Manager (m/f/d) to ensure happiness and the overall organisation of our award-winning design office in the creative heart of Frankfurt.

LIGANOVA HORIZON is a digital marketing agency for global brands such as Porsche, Land Rover, Mercedes, PUMA and SCHOTT and part of the LIGANOVA GROUP.

• As Office Manager, you are the most important person in the office, because you make sure that "everything runs smoothly."
• You manage appointments, deal with general correspondence, and take care of the agency's day-to-day business.
• You ensure the proper preparation of the accounting based on the incoming and outgoing transactions.
• You are responsible for managing (digital) mail, contracts, and similar tasks.
• You are responsible for the reception and hospitality of clients and visitors, of course also by telephone.
• You organize and execute internal and external events, including travel bookings, and you prepare the monthly team brunch.
• You coordinate and oversee the work of facility staff and external service providers, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks.
• You have experience in office management, gastronomy, hotel business, event, or film production.
• You may have gained some experience in an advertising/creative agency.
• You are a smart head with a heart and enthusiasm for creative environments.
• You are assertive, think and act in a service-oriented way, with attention to detail.
• You have strong organizational and communication skills and work reliably and discreetly.
• You can master Office programs in your sleep and ideally have experience with Personio.
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
