Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
As a Digital Experience Analyst (DEA) in Digital Enablement you will be part of a wide and dynamic team responsible for delivering technology solutions that underpin our Digital Customer experiences. This role will require you to get deeply involved in solving real, complex business problems by collaborating closely with your squad and other specialists such as business subject matter experts, technology engineers. You will cover the delivery of back-end capabilities from the discovery phase, right through to when customers are using them. This will involve requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories and acceptance criteria. In partnership with the Digital Experience Owner (DXO) you will support our squads to be successful and ensure that key stakeholders are engaged early and continuously.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with user experience designers ensuring user needs are well understood and solutions meet user needs.
- Contribute to user journey mapping, establishing clear goals and ensuring all requirements are identified and considered.
