Our Billing Team provides support to our product lines for invoicing and collection. We are in contact with local and external customers on daily basis. Our services include, preparation of accruals and closing activities in Cash and Banking.

As a Billing Specialist you will responsible for accurate and timely invoicing of services to the customer. Includes activities such as coordinate with external customers and ensure the quality and accuracy of financial data .

As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving, reviewing, and entering billing data in SAP
• Create and release accurate customer invoices
• Monitor and reconcile job tickets to field job data
• Driving overall billing and collection KPI’s (billing and collections cycle time / dispute reduction / past due reduction / DSO reduction / lapse day reduction
• Maintaining pricing and contract information and ensuring this is updated
