We are looking for a VP of Marketing Partnerships to spearhead our partnership efforts and drive collaborative marketing initiatives for Web.com. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and nurturing strategic partnerships in the Small Business sector (Web Services experience a plus), a deep understanding of marketing principles, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships that align with our business objectives and enhance our brand presence.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership/sponsorship strategy to drive business growth and achieve marketing objectives.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances that can enhance the company’s market position and drive growth.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product, and legal, to execute partnership initiatives seamlessly.
• Lead the execution of joint marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and optimize future efforts.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and primary point of contact for partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment on goals and objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform partnership strategy and drive innovation.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on partnership performance and key milestones.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing partnerships, business development, or related roles, with a focus on driving growth through strategic partnerships.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing complex partnerships and contracts in the B2B sector (Web Services experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving innovation and collaboration.
