As the Head of Channel Management at GXS Bank, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of SME Banking business through strategic and diversified acquisition channels. This role requires a dynamic and experienced leader with deep understanding of the SME sectors in Singapore, exceptional relationship-building skills and a strategic mindset.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value and effective integration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to diversify SME acquisition channels through partnerships with online aggregators, corporate services providers, referral partners, etc.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of all acquisition channels, utilizing data and analytics to refine strategies and improve outcomes
  • Innovate and optimize channel strategies to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring sustainable growth and competitive advantage
  • Work collaboratively with Retail and SME teams to develop and execute GTM strategies that aligned with the bank’s objectives
