Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient individual with a background in Orthotics and Prosthetics to sell our product portfolio, including insoles and prosthetic sockets. The ideal candidate will have the technical expertise to understand and explain the benefits of our products, as well as the sales acumen to build and maintain relationships with O&P clinicians and CPOs. We also welcome applications from experienced medical sales representatives who have demonstrated success in selling medicines/ devices and products, as well as Certified Prosthetist Orthotists (CPOs) who are apart from the technical role can also transition into a sales role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell Addiwise O&P products to clinicians, CPOs, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the benefits of our advanced 3D scanning, digital modeling, and 3D printing technologies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share within the O&P sector.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the O&P market.
Gather and report market intelligence, including customer feedback, competitor activity, and industry trends.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent Addiwise and generate leads.
Requirements
Degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics (CPO), or a related technical field.
Techno-Commercial experience preferably within the O&P industry, medical devices sector, or a related field. Strong technical understanding of O&P products and the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building rapport and trust.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving sales and achieving targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
