Requirements
- Make a minimum of 75-100 outbound calls daily to customers who have signed up for our service.
- Assist customers with their applications and answer all their questions.
- Call customers for other assigned projects.
- Accurately log all conversations in our internal database.
- Represent the company with the highest level of professionalism and customer service.
- Resolve any customer escalations in collaboration with the internal support team.
