As part of the overseas department team, you play an essential part in assisting the operation executive to manage the operation and logistic for the Australia market. Being a high growth electronics company, we are looking for a candidate who will be a strong self-starter with critical thinking to achieve operational success This candidate will help us drive up operations and logistics service excellency by going far and beyond, delivering the best possible value and service to our customers.

Responsibilities of an Operations Manager โ€“ Australia Market but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for planning, controlling, and managing of PRISM+ full product inventory in Australia (Shopify, Amazon, eBay and etc).
  • Responsible for item master maintenance and ensure 100% accuracy in the inventory management system (IMS).
  • Perform daily inventory related transaction โ€“ e.g. inbound stock movement, stock adjustment, stock transfer, etc.
  • Responsible for order accuracy between all sales platform, inventory management system and 3PL system such as number of orders, shipping fee, customer address and tracking link.
  • Generate, analyse, and provide input on all related inventory report โ€“ daily & monthly to support management buying decisions and discrepancy check.
  • Managing all incoming shipment from suppliers with up-to-date shipment information & ensuring accuracy of shipment and shipping documentation.
  • Ensure cross functional team collaboration (customer service, marketing team, sales, finance and BA team) to obtain the highest level of operational standard.
  • Reviewing on workflow changes and seek for operational process improvement.
  • Reviewing of all incoming invoices from 3PL and dispute all discrepancies.
  • Assists with all chargebacks and disputes with all justification documents.
  • To support and participate in all new operations initiative.
  • Regularly presentation deck update (including of data exporting and data cleaning) for weekly management meeting with the support from Business Development Manager (AU).
  • Managing 1 operation assistant and develop operation expertise in individual.
  • Assisting manager and management team with any reports as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Business Development Manager (AU).

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge on 3PL operation.
  • Competent in basic computer skills and applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to pick up new skills promptly and proactively.
  • Strong understanding of business needs with a customer-first mindset.
  • Independent and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of Shopify and Amazon will be an added advantage.
