Accounts Receivable Accountant

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage all invoicing to insurance companies, oversee payables, and ensure efficient financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills, strong English proficiency, and the ability to generate comprehensive reports. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with the finance teams at our partnering insurance companies and overseeing petty cash management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send invoices to insurance companies accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all invoicing complies with company policies and client requirements.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
• Monitor and manage all payables, ensuring they are in order and paid on time.
• Reconcile payable accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
