At our core, our team's mission is to help our clients win. In order to do that, our growing team is looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant who will be highly motivated to deliver exceptional results throughout the implementation process. We deliver projects using our proven implementation methodology, and we want consultants with deep technical excellence, grit, and the ability to maintain a focus on empowering our client community for continual growth.

Our Consultants work directly with our clients as business analysts and technical experts. You will provide hands-on configuration and support of Dynamics 365 Business Central to fit with the client's system requirements and business objectives. The Consultant is also passionately striving to delight clients and seeks out ways to continuously improve their product knowledge and consulting skills. They jump at the chance to engage in new challenges and demonstrate that they enjoy their work by exhibiting their technical excellence and tenacity while being inherently client-centric.

A Day in the Life

  • Work with clients to understand and document their business requirements, and drive the conversation through clarifying questions​
  • Lead or assist with Joint Process Design sessions with clients, help present out-of-the-box functionality, and help and identify business/system gaps​
  • Participate in the design, configuration, and testing of the solution
  • Perform data migration and testing​
  • Conduct training sessions with clients and create documentation as needed
  • Participate in converting client requirements to functional specs and design documents​
  • Participate in frequent team meetings​ to provide updates on open items and deliverables
  • Create internal technical documentation, contribute to blog content, and participate in group discussions on process improvement​
  • Set aside time for self-development by attending training or self-learning on key subjects​
  • Efficiently work across multiple projects and priorities​
  • Foster and champion psychological safety and a positive team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, related industry fields or equivalent work experience

  • 2+ years Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or equivalent consulting experience

  • Ability to travel to customer sites as required by project plans and/or go-live dates

  • Strong technical aptitude

  • Ability to work directly with clients, individually or with a team

  • Ability to concurrently deliver on multiple projects or priorities

  • Effective written and verbal communication

  • Ability to work collaboratively for the best interests of the business and the team

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV certifications preferred

  • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English

*Years of experience are not required to be consecutive

Work Location: This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the United States or REMOTE in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan).

Travel Required: Incumbent is expected to regularly meet with client teams across the United States and Canada and will be asked to attend industry events from time to time.

Compensation

  • Our philosophy is to provide compensation that is Competitive, Equitable, and Driven by Performance. Various factors impact our pay ranges including market conditions and national salary data. To determine competitive salaries within this range we consider candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. These are national ranges, inclusive of bonus opportunities and could represent multiple role levels.

US (USD): $80,000-$130,000

Canada (CAD): C$90,000-C$150,000

$80,000 - $130,000 a year
