What you will do:
- Provide technical and customer support during workshops
- Monitoring chat, providing links and sharing polling software
- Addressing technical issues
- Creating post-workshop follow-up, sending survey results and guides via Zendesk and updating Salesforce
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
- Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Excellent Spanish and English (written and verbal) is a must
- Experience with Zendesk. Salesforce, Vevox and video conferencing software
- Experience in technical and customer support
- Proficiency in managing chat and video conferencing tools
