Senior Manager - Product Operations

Product Operations at Dream11 strive to build a highly engaging, rewarding, safe, trustworthy and scalable fantasy sports platform. The operations team executes product-driven strategy along with other PM’s to drive user-centric solutions in form of both Dream11’s consumer-facing products and the backend, internal products that orchestrate all consumer-facing operations, alike. The team will be responsible for running the show on the Dream11 product. They will be responsible for driving automation on product operations by understanding user behaviour and backing it with data.

Product Operations is a cross-functional role designed to guarantee successful collaborative work among all teams connected to the product life cycle e.g. the people who are building the product—product managers, design and engineering, as well as support functions such as Sports Operations, Marketing and Customer Support.

Your Role:

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with overall product and business goals
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for process improvements and strategic initiatives
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product operations
• Drive the internal product audit in terms of compliance, quality, risks, etc., and escalate the issues with ownership
• Develop and compile Business Analytics reports and ensure timely distribution among the stakeholders within the Product and strategy team

Qualifiers:

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, data analysis, or a related role

• Experience in SQL and Excel, with the ability to interpret business metrics and data trends

• Maintained and worked on metrics for Revenue, Operating Margin, etc, along with monthly review and performance analysis
