As a member of the Digital Transformation practice, you will use your expertise to empower organisations to challenge norms, create opportunities, and foster innovation. You will work across various industries, including resources, transport, health, finance, government, utilities, and not-for-profit organisations. You will help clients drive their digital agendas, crafting pragmatic solutions that leave a lasting impact.

As we expand our team in Perth, we seek technology consulting professionals across various levels (Senior Manager, Manager, and Associate Manager) who share our vision and can contribute to our growth journey. Our Digital Transformation team works to help clients with a dynamic range of technology challenges. You will be involved in projects that could include strategy development, system selection, system implementation, operating model development, and large-scale digitally driven business transformation programs, offering you the opportunity to make a significant impact.

We are looking for individuals with skills and experience in the following areas:

  • Enterprise Technology
  • IT Strategy
  • Large-scale transformation programs

This role requires leading teams and building Business Development capability, offering a unique opportunity for personal growth and professional development.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced qualifications are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of prior experience (for an Associate Manager) in professional services, ideally within a Big 4 environment or a top-tier consulting/technology delivery firm.
  • A track record of managing end-to-end digital transformation, technology strategy, and IT advisory projects, with expertise in leading significant teams in ERP projects.
  • Proficiency in large ERPs such as D365, SAP, S4 HANA, Oracle, and Pronto.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with large client and vendor teams to deliver quality solutions.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated consulting, strategy, business development, and project management proficiency.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
