ETL Data Management & Data Mapping Design Specialist

As an ETL Data Management & Data Mapping Design Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and designing data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure accurate and efficient data mappings. Your role will involve developing and implementing data management strategies, performing data analysis and quality checks, and ensuring compliance with data governance and security policies. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation related to ETL processes and data mappings. Additionally, you will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to address data-related issues and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in any Computer Science related fields.

At least 5 years proven experience in Data Management & Data Mapping designing.

Experience in Data ETL process, as well working experience in big IT infrastructure institution.

Proven understanding of Data Management & Administrative policies.

Familiar with Data Modelling & High-Tech Databases. Professional experience, understanding & analyzing big data from different sources’ systems.

High proficiency in dimensional modeling techniques and their applications Experience in the design of the technical and information architecture for the data warehouse, including all information structures (staging area, data warehouse, data marts, and operational data stores)

Expertise on enterprise-wide data modeling and database design High Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders in ensuring data warehouse architecture development and utilization.

Experience in ETL Architecture, metadata and framework design Strong understanding of the principles of data warehousing using fact tables, dimension tables with different modelling techniques.

Strong Interaction with SMEs and business to collect the requirements. Strong Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with detail and accuracy.

Ability to work under pressure to complete multiple challenging tasks with multiple deadlines. Good experience in banking domain, knowledge of bank product
