The Singapore Operations team oversees, shapes and grows the business in Grab Singapore. We contribute towards Grab’s vision of being Southeast Asia’s Superapp by providing everyday services that matter most to consumers in Singapore. We develop and execute business strategies that help us achieve our vision in serving our community.
This role sits under the Singapore Strategy & Partnerships team, responsible for planning, negotiating & closing high impact deals/ marketing partnerships, spanning across all the business lines in Singapore. This includes Transport, GrabFood, GrabExpress, GrabMart & GrabFinancial businesses.

- The role covers strategic partnerships, monetisation of the platform & anchoring on new business ideas with partners
- Drive and create new partnerships, collaborate with existing partners to accelerate profitability, monetization & growth for Grab Singapore. This includes:
- Defining partner segments to target, scoping the opportunities and developing joint business plans
- Driving deals end-to-end from pitching to commercial negotiation, to closure, to project management and execution
