Finance & Operations Intern

The position

We are looking for 6 talented professional to join our Finance & Operations teams in Headquarters. As a Finance & Operations Intern, you will participate in different finance areas as Controlling, Operations, Cash Controlling, Financial Analysis, etc and you will help us improve efficiency and design creative solutions that generate a big impact on our business.

As a remote-first company you will be able to work from wherever you prefer, although you are welcome and encouraged to work from our offices in Madrid or Barcelona to get to know the team.

What you’ll be doing

• Deep dive into our business processes with internal business partners to help us improve our current processes and systems
• Conduct in-depth data analyzes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within Job&Talent's operations
• Participate in collecting and processing large data sets critical to understanding business performance, including building SQL queries, building Excel/G-Sheets models, and other reports, translating data into actionable insights
• Propose strategic recommendations to enhance business processes and contribute to overall organizational efficiency
• Actively seek opportunities to innovate and improve existing analytical processes

You should have…

• Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or similar university degree
• Very strong data analysis skills
• Strong communication skills
• Full professional English competency (C1)
• Excel/G-Sheets/SQL/Database knowledge

Nice if you also have…

• MA/MS/MBA
• Experience in fast-paced environments
• International experience
