Role: Salesforce Domain Architect

Years of Experience: 10+ years

Travel Required: Yes

Location: Dallas, TX – onsite

As a consultant within the LTR team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

• A Salesforce Architect with a 12+ years of industry experience including loan origination and servicing and playing a critical role in designing, implementing, and overseeing the architecture of systems that support the end-to-end loan lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain a long-term vision and roadmap for Salesforce implementation and usage across the organization.

• Align Salesforce strategies with the organization's business goals and IT strategy.

• Provide architectural leadership and guidance for Salesforce projects and initiatives.

• Define and enforce architectural standards and best practices for Salesforce solutions.

• Design and oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and applications.

• Ensure data consistency, integrity, and seamless flow across integrated systems.

• Establish and enforce governance frameworks for Salesforce development, deployment, and operations.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and organizational policies.

• Lead the design of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.

• Create and maintain architectural blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and development teams to understand requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.

• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and industry trends.

• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in Salesforce solutions and processes.

• Identify and mitigate architectural risks related to Salesforce implementations.

• Ensure that solutions are designed for scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Provide technical oversight and guidance to development teams working on Salesforce projects.

• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and resolve technical issues.

• Mentor and train other architects, developers, and stakeholders on Salesforce architecture and best practices.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.

• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and languages (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.

• Experience with integration frameworks, middleware, and API management.

• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven leadership skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.

• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions.
