Salary: £22,308 rising to £23,000 following probation Location: Birmingham Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30/9:00 - 17:00/17:30 (37.5 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incoming Customer Service Call / ticket Handling within service level agreements.
  • Complete account changes such as but not restricted to Account Holders Name, billing Address, Barring Roaming, Spend Caps, process New Connections and upgrades (EE, O2 & Voda) maintain and update network portals.
  • Highlighting Non-Conformance.
  • Customer Repair / Returns Management.
  • Delivery Updates To awaiting Customers.
  • Outsourced Partner Service Support.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B Customer Service.
  • Ability to build strong relationships among managers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise between several tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Mobile Dealer EE, O2 & Vodafone experience.
  • Experience with mobile telecommunications an advantage.
