Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Voice Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and management of our voice communication products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of voice technology, market trends, and customer needs, and will be able to translate these into compelling product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for CEQUENS' voice communication products.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new voice products and features.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to create detailed product specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback, using data to inform product improvements and iterations.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring continuous innovation and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with partners and vendors to integrate voice solutions and expand product capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically in voice technology or telecommunications.
• In-depth knowledge of voice technologies such as WebRTC, WebSockets, SIP trunks, and connectivity.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing voice communication products.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in voice technology is a plus.
